Terms and Conditions

1. Everyone who becomes a member of Dr Kendrick's official website earns 1 point for every HKD$25 spent. This credit can be used for official website purchase deduction purposes. (used as $1 per 1 point)
2. If you introduce a friend to the official website to complete the purchase, you can earn 100 points: The friend must be a new customer on the DrKendrick website, and must complete the purchase of HK$300 by clicking the login link provided by the website.
3. Online reward points are only available on the Dr Kendrick website and not in other retail stores.
4. Point rewards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
5. All partial deductions will not be counted again
6. E-point rewards and any store/Wan Ning's reward program are two separate discount schemes. The points/prints in the plan cannot be transferred/redeemed for each other and cannot be combined.
7. The online credit is valid for 730 days from the first time the account earns. Points that are overdue will not be reissued or updated.
8. Points are not transferable to other online accounts, regardless of whether they are held by the same person.
9. The company will not bear any responsibility for the wrong points. The reasons for the wrong points may include technical failures or reasons beyond the control of the company
10. The Company reserves the right to change the type of gift and the method or criteria for earning and using the points at any time without prior notice.
11. The Company reserves the right to change or cancel points in such accounts if any dishonest/illegal activity is discovered.
12. If there is any dispute, Dr Kendrick reserves the right to make the final decision.
